ORGANIZATION AS PARTICIPANT CONTRACT

The said name organization (hereby known as "the Participating Organization') wishes to implement the above idea (s). Representatives of the Participating Organization understands that this concept has not been tested; therefore, the organization will not hold Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereby known as "the Firm") and the Bidding Research Organization (hereby known as the "Bidding Firm") of any obligations and liabilities. The organization agrees to follow the guidelines of the study as presented on the website and fund all aspects of the project in order to complete the case study. Participating organizations cannot outsource this project to other research firms in order to conduct the study.

The results and findings of the case studies will be bided on by a Bidding Firm. The bid starts at $25,000.00, and the bidding process ends as indicated on the site. Once the highest bidder is notified, $5,000.00 must be forwarded to the Firm to secure the bid. This money will be applied to the bided amount. The Bidding Firm with the highest bid will receive all results that have been presented to the Firm once payment is received in full by the Bidding Firm. The organization understands that all information presented is eligible to be published by the Bidding Firm, and the organization is not to contact any Bidding Firm to persuade the bidding process during the research process. Once payment is received in full, a $25.00 donation will be presented to a not-for-profit organization of the Firm's choice.

If no Bidding firm bid on the results of the case studies, this Firm holds the rights to publish the results at a profit. The Participating Organization is not and will not be entitled to any money or cash values. Participating is strictly voluntary. Only if published, the Firm is only responsible for distributing only one (1) copy of the published material to a member of the executive team of the participating organization.

The Participating Organization understands that if a contracted Bidding Firm publishes the information at a profit, the Bidding Firm will forward the Firm and the Participating Organization unlimited copies of the published materials (i.e., journal, magazine, and so forth) at no cost upon request. The Participating Organization holds the rights to repeat the study after all initial results have been submitted to the Firm, and the participating organization does not have to submit any future results to the Firm. However, the participating organization understands that the concept is a copyrighted idea and must be referenced in accordance to U.S. copyright laws.

The Participating Organization understands that if the Participating Organization does not complete the study and/or wants to cancel the contract, the Participating Organization has to pay the Firm the amount of the highest bid within 10 business day after the cancellation, and the organization will not be eligible to use this particular concept.

The Participating Organization understands that the designated Executive/Sr. Executive (mentor) needs to submit monthly finding to the Firm on company letterhead along with any individual reports from participants (bounded, which includes: name, title, age, race, gender, and so forth of subjects).
