The New Concept of Supporting Personnel with Degrees: "Educational Retention: Progression" Model2: New Reality Corporation©

This research project may take approximately 9 months to complete.

Participating organization will appoint a female vice president (i.e., mediator or CES), who holds the designation of Doctor (DM, PhD, EdD, and so forth) to oversee the process and make all arrangements. Participating organization fund all costs.

Task 1: Mentor is to compose 3 teams, which consist of 1 graduate student (master) and 2 undergraduate students (1 bachelor and 1 associate).

Task 2: Organize a dinner meeting for all 9 participants. Team names will be formulated by members during this time.

Task 3: Each team will meet as often as they choose to organize a company plan that would change the organizational culture. Each team will perform the following:

    (a) Read the strategic vision, mission, purpose, and direction of the organization

    (b) Discuss problems within their divisions that needs to be addressed and develop a mission to solve these problems. The team's mission will correspond with the organization's vision, mission, purpose and direction.

    (c) Formulate a comprehensive strategy to achieve the team's mission:

Task 4: Each team will submit a monthly report to the mediator of progress and progress intended to make.

Task 5: The Board of Directors, CEO, Executive Team, and Mediator will observe and choose the winning team. All teams will be present to observe others team's presentation. Mediator take detail notes.

Kicker 1:  Each team must consist of at least 1 minority or female and different occupational specialties.

Kicker 2:  Team members cannot be reassemble; they have to remain with this team for the duration of the study.

Kicker 4: When formulating the strategy. Team member cannot lead t             ; For example the accounting major cannot lead the group in formulating the accounting aspects of the strategies.

Kicker 3: Members of the team that wins get all tuition and books paid for their next degree by the participating organization. Checks made out to the institutions.

Kicker 4: Team member must choose the next degree program for another teammate; the program cannot be directly related to what they are currently studying. For example, a person presently getting an accounting associate's degree may be enrolled in bachelor degree program, which focus on organizational leadership, IT, and so forth: These will go into sealed large envelopes with company check and not be reveal to the teammate until winners are announced. If participant choose not to attend, they DO NOT receive the tuition and book money. 

However, 9 participants will receive a gift package, which include a $25.00 gift certificate to Barnes and Noble or Amazon.com and 1-year paid membership to a professional association of their choice.

This concept allows the deciphering of mis-placed personnel. There are many personnel who thinking abilities can be productive in other areas of the organization.

Mediator:  Must submit monthly typed reports to the Firm indicating the plan of action to implement the study, what actions have been performed, what was observed (e.g., verbal and non-verbal communication) the composition of each team), and so forth along with team monthly reports.

Once the study is complete, each member from all teams must submit a 5-page report, which indicates their experiences and elaborate on the following:
