RESEARCH FIRM BID/CONTRACT
The said name organization wishes to bid on the results of the study of the participating organization listed above. The organization understands that this concept has not been tested and will not hold Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm of any obligations and liabilities.
The results and findings of the case studies can be bided on by any research firms. The bid starts at $25,000.00 with an increase of increments of 5,000.00. The bidding process ends as indicated on the specific webpage. Once the highest bidder is notified, a $5,000.00 deposit must be forwarded by the research firm to Brigette's to secure the bid. This money will be applied to the bided amount. If deposit is not received within 10 business days, Brigette's reserves the right to offer this contract to the next highest bidder.
The firm with the highest bid will only receive what is presented to Brigette's once payment is received in full by the research firm. The participating organization understands that all information presented is eligible to be published by the research firm at a profit. The research organization understands that all publications must reference that Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm collected the data, and that the concepts are copyrights of Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm. The research organization understands that once the information is published, it will forward Brigette's and the participating organization a copy of the published materials (i.e., journal, magazine, etc.) at no charge and unlimited copies when requested at no charge.
Research Firm understands that they are NOT buying the rights of the concept, but are only bidding for the results of the case studies of the one company indicated. The firm also understands that bids and results of bids cannot be transfer or sold to other research firms and third parties.
The participating organization holds the rights to repeat the study after all initial results of the first case study have been submitted to Brigette's, and the participating organization does not have to submit any future results to Brigette's nor the Research Firm
Once payment by the research firm is received in full, a $25.00 donation will be presented to a not-for-profit organization of Brigette's choice.
Research Firm has read the disclaimer. This is a legal binding contract, once all parties indicated below have signed. All parties agree to abide by the terms set forth.
