The New Reality Corporation© concept is founded by Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereby known as "the Firm"). The concept entails the process of bidding for either the information (i.e., raw data) collected from case studies done by participating organizations or questionnaires completed by various employees or individuals.

Participating Organizations are known as large corporations; for example, Fortune (F)500 and F1000 organizations.

Bidding Firms are known as only professional associations and educational institutions that conduct research or organizational cultures and leadership for publication.

Organizations, research firms, professional associations, institutions, students, reporters, authors, universities, and so forth are not eligible to implement the concepts (models) without the prior permission of the Firm. All subjects must go through the proper channels to use these concepts, which includes the first time of allowing the results to be bided on by research firms through the Firm. As first time participants, participating organizations cannot outsource a case study to other research firm to conduct the study for them. Only when the a particular case study is complete, meaning that the research firm has all the data and has published the findings, the same study can be repeated by the participating organization; however, that participating holds the right to outsource the project to whom they see fit. The Firm must be cited as conducting the initial study and Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter must be cited as the constructor of the models, concepts, or case studies in any references and publications when repeating any study as well.

"Participating" organizations and are not and will not be entitled to any money or cash values or copyrights to the concepts. These case studies are strictly voluntary (i.e., in terms of money value) for participating organizations.

The Firm will not be held liable how information appears in research firms' publications (i.e., books, magazines, and so forth).

The Firm does not discriminate on the base of religion, age, sex, nationality, ethnicity, or origin.

Prices are subject at any time if no participating organizations has agreed to participate in the study and no research firm has bided for the results of the concepts. Prices will only increase not decrease.
