The New Concept of Creating International Task Forces:  "International Intelligence" Model: New Reality Corporation©

This research project will take approximately 6 months to complete.

The participating organization will appoint a senior male vice president (i.e., mediator or CES) to oversee the process and organize all events.

Task 1:  Choose a foreign country of which your organization conducts business in.

Task 2:  Choose an executive that does not speak the language of that country. Enroll the executive in an intermediate and advance professional course that teaches the language of that country. Task a manager or director to self-teach the same language through the process of reading books only. Task a junior personnel to study the country and not the foreign language. These three participants must have never traveled to the country under study and come from different departments within the organization.

Task 3:  The executive, manager, and subordinate will travel to the country under study once the executive has completed the required courses. This team will conduct business for two months in the country under study.

Task 4:  Once they return, each of the four team members has to write a 5-page report on their experiences and critique their team members. The report may answer and elaborate on the following questions:

Kicker 1:  The executive has to be a female, and the junior personnel has to be an African American.

Kicker 2: Within 2 weeks, the executive has to hire a junior personnel citizen from that country who speaks English. The foreign citizen must agree to work in the US and become a part of their team. (Please consider passport and visa laws).

Kicker 3:  Two days prior to leaving, the executive has to offer the manager a "Liaison Director" position in the country under study. This position also includes an increase of salary. Only if the manager accepts, the American junior personnel will be promoted to "Manager". If the Manager does not accept the position, the American junior personnel will be promoted to "Supervisor". The reality is: An International Task Force will emerge!

This model exposes employees to different cultures and enables them to see the organizational metaview.

Mediator:  Submit a preliminary itinerary to the Firm. Document most activities (how team interact, the progress of the team, whether the method is going as planned and if it is efficient, and so forth) and submit bi-weekly reports to the Firm. At the end of the journey, the 5-page reports completed by the employees along with the Mediator's final monthly findings are to be submitted to the Firm within 5 weeks. In addition to findings, the final report must include the following:
