The New Concept of Diversified International Transformation: "Global Binding" Model: New Reality Corporation©

This research project may take approximately 17 months.

The participating organization will appoint a senior female vice president (i.e., mediator or CES) that is familiar with the primary sampling unit (i.e., the country) to oversee the process and organize all events. All expenses paid by the participating organization.

Task 1:  The organization is to set up a department/office in a country of which it does not presently conduct business. The object is to choose a place where the organization has never considered conducting business.

Task 2:  In every negotiation meeting, there must be an employee that descends from that country (i.e., a Director or junior), a purchasing clerk or buyer, and an information technology manager that will assist the executive and legal team.

Task 3:  Once the office has been built, the selected employees and mediator are to travel to the country for 3+ months and hire and train citizens in that country to oversee this location.

Task 4: At the end of the journey, each member must submit a 5-page report of their experiences to the Mediator. The report may answer and elaborate on the following questions:

Kicker 1:  The office must reside in a rural environment, small town, or remote location.

Kicker 2:  The purchasing clerk and IT manager have to attend a negotiation seminar and take a contract writing and language course. The employee that is a descended of that country must attend a foreign policy course.

Kicker 3:  The organization must take an American English teacher that is fluent in the countries' language with them on this journey. This teacher will work with the team to ensure that the citizens in the foreign country are familiar with the English language and keep track of all their activities and findings.

This method exposes employees to different cultures and enable them to learn how to negotiate foreign policies.

Mediator:  Submit a preliminary itinerary to the Firm. Document most activities (interaction, the progress, whether the method is going as planned, and if it is efficient, and so forth) and submit monthly reports to the Firm. At the end of the journey, the 5-page reports along with the Mediator's final monthly report are to be submitted to the Firm within 5 weeks after returning to the US. In addition to findings, the final report must include the following:
