The New Concept of Sharing Knowledge and Mentoring: "Diversified Assimilation" Model: New Reality Corporation©

This research project may take approximately 7 months to complete.

The participating organization will appoint a vice president or senior vice president (i.e., mediator or CES) to oversee the process.

Task 1: The participating organization will simultaneously assemble into five or more of the following groups. 

Task 2: Each group will meet once a month and email one another on organizational issues.

Task 3: Junior personnel will compose a team name and themes for and set up the time and place for each monthly meetings or choose a seminar or 1-day course in which the team members will attend monthly.

Task 4: Each manager within each teams will submit a 5-page report of their experiences to the Mediator at the end of the 6 month. The report may answer and elaborate on the following questions:

Kicker 1:  Each group must be comprised of a female or minority.

Kicker 2:  To explore the concept of revise role playing, the most senior personnel must act as the administer taking notes during each team meeting and provide the Mediator with a type report of the discussions.

Kicker 3:  These groups must remain together for a 6-month duration, and the exchange of group members will not be permitted once assembled.

Kicker 4: The participating organization will sponsor a dinner so that all teams can come together and network.

This method allows for diverse knowledge to be transferred at all levels throughout the organization.

Mediator:  Document most observations (i.e., how team interacts, the progress of the team, whether the study is going as planned and is effective, and so forth) and submit monthly reports along with senior personnel's monthly meeting report to the Firm. At the end of the 6-month period, the 5-page reports, the senior personnel's monthly meeting report, and the mediator's final monthly findings must be submitted to the Firm within 3 weeks. In addition to findings, the mediator's final report must explain which (a) team functioned as a learning team and provide examples; (b) team did not function as a learning team and provide examples; and (c) junior personnel demonstrated leadership and should be recommended for promotion.
