I hired Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter to recruit participants for my pilot and actual research study. I hired her before I had ARB and IRB approval because researchers are not allowed to recruit participants prior to approval, but these restrictions do not extend to others. Dr. Nelson-Porter's work enabled me to get my pilot study completed in less than a week after IRB approval. She was creative in assisting me with recruiting candidates throughout the actual study. It is difficult to put into words how effectively her services assisted me in recruiting candidates. I highly recommend hiring her.

The number of emails sent yielded the results needed to successfully progress with my data collection. You followed up with all participants and notified me of the process regularly and reminded me of required follow-up with participants who expressed an interest. I really appreciated the additional connection emails in addition to your emails.
 
The only recommendation I would have is to offer the service of faxing forms to participants who express an interest as the principal researcher may not be able to fax the forms immediately and the sooner the better with follow-up. I. LOCATING CANDIDATES FOR YOUR STUDY

Note. Researcher will receive a list of potential candidates via Word Document

This services is best for researchers (learners) who desire to interact (speak) with potential candidates to determine qualifications and set up interviews or direct candidate to a survey or mail candidate a survey.

List

The Firm will locate potential candidates' contact information via phone calls and the Internet and forward the possible participant's contact information (mailing address and/or phone number) to the researcher. Researcher will use this information to forward survey or questionnaire or set up interviews at the researcher's expense and time. Note. It can take up to 3 to 4 months to find approximately 25 qualified participants for a specific study.
 


 

II. LOCATING AND NOTIFYING CANDIDATES OF YOUR STUDY

Note. Researcher will not receive a list of potential candidates. If potential candidates respond to the Firm's inquiry and agree to participate in the study, the information provided from the potential candidate will be individually forward via email to the researcher.

This service is best for potential candidate to solely log on and participant in a study and does not require interaction with the researcher (learner).

The Firm reserves the right to reject applicants' studies that require more than one form or a form that is too extensive. When using forms, submission of information will be directed to student's email address only and not the research firm.

Information will remain on website for 8 weeks. If you wish to remain on the site for another 4 weeks, additional payment is requested. Maximum number of weeks (16). The Firm will not maintain any information submitted, no status will be provided, and does not guarantee any participation.
