I ("Contractee") am agreeing to pay for the above service to assist with finding potential candidates to participate in the study described. Once payment is received along with the invoice, the process will begin.
All Options: I understand that email distribution involves the Firm distributing an email notification for a maximum of five (5) days using the Firm's email distribution listing, searching the Internet for other email contact information, and ceasing the email distribution per day within the contract timeframe at the Firm's discretion. I also understand that if additional email distribution is wanted after the initial five (5) days have been performed, another email distribution service contract and payment will be required using a supplemental invoice.
I also understand that the Firm holds the rights to post the information or requests or web link pertaining to the subject of this contract on social media websites in an effort to generate more potential subjects.
For Options II (link advertisement) and III (build a form and link advertisement): I also understand information will remain on website for 6 months from the date of initial publishing to the Internet. If I desire the link or survey to remain on the site for another 6 months, additional payment will be requested. Links and information (questions) cannot be changed once published to the Internet. A new study or link requires a new contract. Maximum duration is one (1) year for a particular project.
All Options: I understand that the Firm will not have access to the data generated and will not be liable for any data that are lost, incomplete, plagiarized materials, and/or printed or published works. The Firm will not provide any status on data collected or study participation.
I also agree to reference Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm in any publication presenting that the data generated resulted from the Firm's services and/or for assisting in the data collection process.
I understand the Firm reserves the right to published information on the data collection process used to perform the services.
I understand there are no refunds and no guarantees that the service selected will generate any potential participants or actual participants. I also understand spamming and follow-up emails are prohibited.
