which I need for
every REGISTERED legal voting citizen in your household / church
/ organization / group / company **in the same county** in the State of
Georgia to complete and sign in order for me to be eligible run as an
Independent in the General Election on November 8, 2022 for the
Office of Georgia Secretary of State. You may make multiple copies if
needed.
If I do not acquire ample signatures, I will have to be a
Write-In Candidate in the November 8, 2022 General
Election to include early (advanced) voting
starting October 17, 2022.
For verification purposes, signers should call me using
Skype inputting

so I can watch and record you/each sign the form. The format for your
date of birth (DOB): month/day/year (XX/XX/XXXX). In the
line above the chart, write your county name in CAP FORMAT. Take
a photo of your signed petition form to maintain for your record. Mail

see if you are registered to vote in your county, then complete and take
