I understand, I am to respond daily to emails sent by the research firm. Non-response will result in 3.0 hours deducted from time (contract hours) daily for composition contract.

Business Model Outline/Draft: $1,000.00. The client holds all picture rights. Time of development will be subtracted from the composition hours. Must secure a minimum of 12.5 composition hours for this service if you are not a prior client.

Terms

I am agreeing to pay $ for the above contracted service made payable/transferable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter. I have resubmitted all chapters or sections. I understand all terms apply to my original full service contract in addition to the added terms as of 10/4/12:

• Only in the case whereby checks deposited in either of the qualifying accounts are returned (bounced), the Firm may notify the School to "not" accept the Firm's work, which is a part of this client's work, until paid for in full by the client.
   

• The Firm will charge a $30.00 fee for "each" final review document that has to be resent to the client after the expiration of the contract hours. Resending documents take time away from the Firm and time that can be spent on working with the current clients, whose contract has not expired. If the Firm does not receive a return email error, then the sent (dispatched) document is deemed received by the client as in accordance with the contract mailbox law.
   

• Here, I agree and honor the condition that the mail box rule will not apply here for clients sending responses to the Firm requested by the Firm.  If responses are not acknowledged via receipt, which involves incorporating the responses into the client's document, it will be deemed the Firm did not receive the response(s). For responses that do not apply to research, the response will be returned to the client via email indicating that that response is not relevant to the research and thus should be resent with appropriate information.

  • For composition contracts, if responses are not received daily, the 3.0 hour deduction policy will be enforced. Thus, it is imperative that the client review any preliminary submissions (drafts) sent by the Firm prior to the expiration of the contract hours so the client can see the progress of the project and what has been incorporated into the document.
     

• After the expiration of contract hours, conversations (phone or email) about the client's project will also result in additional payment before advice is rendered.
   

• After the expiration of contract hours, any outstanding content (in the emails or by U.S. mail) sent by the client to the Firm that was not applied in the prior document due to lapses of time will be immediately purged from the Firm's inbox. The Firm has no obligation to store/maintain clients' information after the expiration of the contract. For renewal contract hours as such, the client will have to resend any prior emails/content.
   

• Here, I further understand any legal disputes associated with this contract has to be mitigated in the State of Georgia (Newnan).
