Contractor agrees to perform the following services:

• Evaluate and Apply Criteria in Relation to Contractor's Requirement Submitted

• Critique Content for Accuracy, Logic, and Consistency

• Provide One (1) Idea For Graphic or Chart Information

• Email Webmaster or Organization Technical Staff the Edits with Any Supporting Documents Within Five (5) Business Days

• Maintain a Professional Relationship with Contractee

• Maintain Confidentiality

Contractor does not guarantee that document(s) will get published, clients will result from the information presented in the document(s), or monies (funds) will be received as a result of the service.

Contractee agrees to perform the following services:

• Email Link(s) Along With Guidelines, Instructions, and Evaluation Check List (if available)

• Provide Preferred Writing and Editing Style: Chicago  APA    MLA    Standard Editing

• Will Not Hold the Contractor of any Liabilities, Lost Materials or Content, and so forth

• Submit Payment Prior to Editing Web pages (e.g., Article or Content). Reference Page(s) included in the Number of Pages:

                   6 - 10 links or sub links for $1,000.00
                   11 - 20 links or sub links for $1500.00
                   21 - 30 links or sub links for $2,000.00
                   31 - 50 links or sub links for $3,500.00
   

• Make Payment(s) by U.S. Mail Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Additional Document(s) with Supplemental Form and Payment

This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to amend this service contract. Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract.
