Seller agrees to perform the following services:

• Evaluate and Apply Criteria in Relation to Buyer's Requirement

• Critique Article or Content for Accuracy, Logic, and Consistency

• Provide One (1) Idea For Graphic or Chart Information

• Email mail Webmaster or Organization Technical Staff the Edits with Any Supporting Documents Within Five (5) Business Days

• Maintain a Professional Relationship with Publisher, Organization, Association

• Maintain Confidentiality

Seller does not guarantee that document(s) will get published, clients will result from the information presented in the document(s), or monies (funds) will be received as a result of the service.

Buyer agrees to perform the following services:

• Email Link(s) Along With Guidelines, Instructions, and Evaluation Check List (if available)

• Provide Preferred Writing and Editing Style: Chicago  APA    MLA

• Will Not Hold the Seller of any Liabilities, Lost Materials or Content, and so forth

• Submit Payment Prior to Editing Web pages (e.g., Article or Content). Reference Page(s) included in the Number of Pages:

                   11 - 20 links or sub links for $1500.00
                   21 - 30 links or sub links for $2,000.00
                   31 - 50 links or sub links for $3,500.00
