Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (known as the "Firm": Contractor), owned and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Book Forward Service or Book Review service to (Primary Author: Contractee).

Both parties have agreed that the Firm will compose a Book Forward based on the following category (select one):

Both parties have agreed that the Firm will compose a Book Review.

Contractor agrees to perform the following services:

• Read Word Document or Manuscript or Hard Cover Book; Does Not Include e-Books and Articles

• Write a One (1)-Page Book Forward (The Firm reserves the rights to use research conducted by the Firm for the Book Forward) and Conduct Limited Editing: Use Word Tracker for Virtual Editing (Email Submission) or Red Ink for Written Editing (for U.S. Mail Submissions) OR

• Write a One (1)-Page Book Review solely based on the content of the book

• Maintain a Professional Relationship with Contractee

• Maintain Confidentiality (The Firm reserves the rights to allow partners of the Firm to assist with editing the Review or Forward)

Contractee agrees to the terms and to perform the following services:

• For Book Review

  • Mail Book to the Firm, which will become the property of the Firm
     

• For Book Forward

  • Email or Mail Manuscript Along With Publisher's Guidelines (if available or required)

  • Provide Self-Address Returned Envelop for U.S. Mailed Manuscript and Materials

  • Notify the Contractor when Book is published: Estimated Publishing Month and Year:

   

• Indicate Preferred Writing and Editorial Style: Chicago  APA  MLA  Standard English

• Will Not Hold the Contractor of any Liabilities, Lost Materials, Plagiarism, and so forth

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Submit Full Payment with Signed Contract

                  51 - 100 pages for $3,500.00
                  101 - 200 pages for $4,550.00
                  201 - 300 pages for $5,500.00
                  301 - 400 pages for $6,000.00
                  401 - 500 pages for $6,500.00
   

• Make All Remittance (No Personal Checks) by U.S. Mail Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

There are no guarantee that the Forward or Review will result in buyers or customers, positive feedback, income or monies (funds) from the attempted sale of the Contractee's Book. No refunds will be provided for either of these services.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract.
