Brigette’s Technology Consulting Firm (Seller), own and operated by Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract her website development services with (Buyer), own and operated by . Both parties have agreed upon One Hundred Seventy-Five U.S. Dollars ($175.00) as payment per webpage (link) and a minimum of five (5) webpages, which total Eight Hundred Seventy Five U.S. Dollars, $875. Webpages may include text, images, links, tables, and forms offered in the Microsoft FrontPage 2000 application. Forms are interactive in terms of sending transmission (information) to another email address or webpage and not to a database, meaning that forms are not active server pages (ASP) and will not total retail costs. Buyer is to furnish Seller with all textual information for the site.

Internet Service Providers: Both parties have agreed that the Seller will furnish the Buyer with the names of an Internet services (i.e., hosting) and domain name providers. The Buyer will set up the connection service and the domain name in the Buyer organization's or preferred name. The monthly Internet connection service charge is estimated to be (300.00/12 = $25.00 monthly), and the domain name is estimated to be ($16.00 annually), which has to be paid upfront to the providers prior to any web design. Note: The Buyer will receive a monthly or annual charge for the connection service or domain name directly from the service providers. It is the Buyer's sole responsibility to pay these fees. These providers’ prices are subject to increase.

Local Customers Only:

• Use of Alternate Applications: If the Buyer wishes to have features from different applications, the Buyer agrees to pay additional fees [e.g., Flash MX ($535.00) along with Dreamweaver ($399.00)] along with the first installment.

• Installation and Course: If the Buyer wants the information information downloaded onto one of the Buyer’s organization computers, the Buyer is responsible for paying the Seller the cost to purchase FrontPage software package ($215.00) and/or to install the software package, download information, and give a 15-minute crash course of FrontPage ($150.00), or if Buyer has chosen to obtain features from another application, Buyer is responsible for paying for the for installation, downloading, and a 15-min crash course ($150.00).

Advertising Website: If Buyer wishes for the Seller to advertise the site to various persons and/or organization via email (Brigette's distribution list only), the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller $175.00 for one email distribution using Brigette's email distribution list.

Payment Terms: This agreement also services as the initial invoice. First installment $875.00 (plus fees for alternate applications if requested by local customers) is due effective date of contract. All remittance should be made payable to Brenda Nelson-Porter and sent to: Brigette's Website Development, 105 Wilson Circle, Newnan, GA 30263. The second installment or balance of the remaining costs (which may include the purchasing of FrontPage software, installation costs, additional pages, advertising the site, and referrals) is due upon completion of project.

Upgrades: If Buyer wishes for the Seller to maintain website (i.e., upgrade information on the site not redesign the site after the completion of project), the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller $50.00 per hour to upgrade any changes on the site provided that Buyer furnish all information. Invoice will be billed on the day of service.

Disclaimer: The Seller will not be held liable for any virus, computer failures, or if the site does not produce traffic or paid profits. Brigette's services does not include custom-made animated logo or banner designs. These will be outsourced to an independent designer. There are no refunds and no guarantees.

This agreement is effective when both parties sign. Only changes by amendment will be accepted to alter this contract. Signatures indicate that is a legal document.
