Brigette’s Technology Consulting Firm (Seller), own and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract her database and/or spreadsheet development services with (Buyer), own and operated by . Both parties have agreed upon One Thousand U.S. Dollars ($1,000.00) as payment for service per database (Microsoft Access version ) or spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel version). A database consists of creating and inputting data into 3 tables in a maximum of eight (8) hours. A spreadsheet consists of creating and inputting data into 3 sheets in a maximum of eight (8) hours.

Local Customers Only: Installation and Course: The Buyer is responsible for paying the Seller cost (a) of the Seller's travel, (b) to purchase software full package Access (approximately $240.00) or upgrade (approximately $120.00) or Excel (approximately $240.00) or upgrade (approximately $120.00), (c) (i.e, if not installed) to install software ($25.00), and (d) to give a 30-minute crash course of Microsoft Access or Excel ($50.00).

Payment Terms: This agreement also services as the invoice. First installment $700.00 (plus costs of applications/upgrades and installation if requested or needed) = is due effective date of contract. All remittance should be payable to Brenda Nelson-Porter. Agreement and first installment should be sent to: Brigette's Technology Consulting and Research Firm, Database/Spreadsheet Development, 105 Wilson Circle, Newnan, GA  30263. The second installment/balance of the remaining costs of service (which may include 30-minute crash course) is due upon completion of eight (8) hour project.

Upgrades: If Buyer wishes for the Seller to maintain database/spreadsheet (i.e., upgrade information not redesign after the completion of project), the Buyer agrees to pay the Seller $50.00 per hour to upgrade any changes information that Buyer finishes. Invoice will be billed on the day of service.

This agreement is effective when both parties sign. Only changes by amendment will be accepted to alter this contract. Signatures indicate that is a legal document.
