PEER-REVIEWER SERVICE CONTRACT

Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm" or "Contractor"), own and operated by Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract service as a Professional Peer-Reviewer, a non-employee (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractee"). Both parties have agreed upon
as payment per article reviewed according to the following terms:

Contractor agrees to the following services and terms:

• E-mail Article (up to 10 pages) to Contractee

• Pay Contractee in Full When Critiqued Article is Ready for e-Publication

• Will Not Hold the Contractee of any Liabilities Unless the Contractee Outsources the Project

• Hold All Copyrights to the Article

Contractee agrees to the following services and terms:

• Critique a Maximum of Ten (10) Articles per Contract at the Fee Indicated Above

• Critique Article for Accuracy, Logic, and Consistency

• Evaluate and Apply Criteria Relation: 

  • Check Reference if Available

  • Include Essential Information

  • Each Reviewer will Present Brief Assessment of the Study 

• Return Critiqued Article and Revision with any Supporting Documents within Three (3) Business Days of Receipt

• Maintain Confidentiality and will not Distribute Articles or Discuss Content in the Article

• Will Not Outsource Project

• Be Responsible for Filing Taxes

This agreement is effective once both parties sign. Submit Confidentiality Agreement with this contract. Only changes by agreed Amendment will be accepted to amend this service contract. Signatures indicate that is a legal document. The Firm hold the right to decline peer-review applicants. Either party can terminate this contract at anytime via email notice. Any legal disputes associated with this contract has to be mitigated in the State of Georgia.
