Contractor agrees to perform the the following services:

• Evaluate and Apply Criteria in Relation to Program or Contractor's Requirement

• Critique Grants or Proposals for Accuracy, Logic, and Consistency

• Critique a Batch [Maximum of Ten (10) Grants or Proposals] per Submission

• Return Critiqued Grants or Proposals With Supporting Documents Within Ten (10) Business Days

• Exercise Highest Level of Personal Standards to Ethically Review Grants or Proposals

• Avoid Conflicts of Interest

• Maintain Confidentiality

• Do Not Guarantee that Grant Proposal Will Be Approved, Selected, or Result in Profits, Monies, and Business

Contractee agrees to the terms and to perform the following services:

• Send Contract to the Firm with the Following:

            (a) Guidelines, Instructions, and Evaluation Checklist
            (b) Return Postage Paid Envelope
            (c) Full Payment

• Make Payments (No Personal Checks) by U.S. Mail Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

• Grant Staff Permission to Voluntarily Answer the Online Research Questionnaires of the Firm, which can be Assessed from the Contractor's Web Home Page: www.brigettes.com

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Will Not Hold the Contractor of any Liabilities, Lost Materials, and so forth.

Both parties have agreed upon One Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($1,500.00) as payment for service per batch.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract.
