Contractor agrees to perform the following services:

• Submit Initial Draft of Curriculum to the Institution Curriculum Developer or Designer by Email

• Submit Final Draft of Curriculum to the Institution Curriculum Developer or Designer by Email

• Maintain Confidentiality

Contractee agrees to terms and to perform the following services:

• Forward to the Contractor Any Existing Curriculum and Supplemental Instructions Pertaining to Option Selected

• Indicate Source As Part of the Curriculum:

• Forward Book Source(s) to Contractor at No Cost to the Contractor via U.S. Mail or e-mail for e-Book Source

• Indicate the Number of Assignments Per Week (Select One): 1 up to 2 up to 3 up to 4; 4 Maximum

• Critique Curriculum Draft and Return Comments to Contractor within Two (2) Business Days

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Will Not Hold the Firm Liable for Incomplete, Inaccurate, or Missing Information Once Final Draft is Received

• Will Not Hold the Firm Liable of Potential Learners' or Learner's Lawsuits Against the Contractee's Institution

Both parties have agreed upon Two Thousand U.S. Dollars ($2,000.00 ) as payment per curriculum to Contractor. Both parties have also agreed that the Contractee will pay the cost of references that are not provided as desk copies upon receipt of the final curriculum.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract. The Contractee further understands any legal disputes associated with this contract has to be mitigated in the State of Georgia (Newnan).
