Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (Seller), own and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract technology consulting services to (Buyer), own and operated by . Both parties have agreed upon Three Hundred U.S. Dollars ($300.00) as payment for service per hour and a minimum of two (2) hours per on-site visit. Both parties have also agreed that the Buyer will pay the cost of all travel, hotel, and lunch, and that the Buyer will make all travel and hotel arrangements for out-of-state visits.

Seller agrees to perform the the following services:

• Website and Intranet Critiquing

• Coach Staff and Organization's Clients on How to Use Technologies

• Make Recommendations to Executive and/or Management Team at Board and Staff Meetings on What is Needed to Increase Productivity, Clients, and so forth

• Maintain Confidentiality

• Advertise Organization's Program Once Via Email Distribution List

Buyer agrees to perform the following services:

• Supply all the Technologies

• Grant Staff and Clients Permission to Voluntarily Answer Online Research Questionnaires Listed on the Seller's Home Page: www.brigettes.com

• Pay Seller in Full at the End of the On-Site Visit. Make payable Brenda Nelson-Porter

• Will Not Hold the Seller of any Liabilities of any Virus or Computer Failures or Misconducts of Staff or Clients, and so forth
