Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (known as the "Firm": Contractor), owned and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Learner Recruitment services to (University: Contractee).

Contractor agrees to perform the following services:

• Inform Event Director the Intention for the On-site Recruitment

• Attend the Event on Behalf of the Contracting University and Not Other Universities

• Solicit Possible Candidate and Have Potential Candidates Complete and Sign Request For Information Form

• Mail All Forms to the University, Attention Enrollment Advisor

Contractee agrees to the following terms and to perform the following services:

  Small Branding Items (Sign, Logo, Banner) that Represent the Contracting University and/or Souvenirs Along with a Return Posted Paid Box for the Return of Item(s)

• For Future Services, Notify Contractor of Event 25 Days Prior to the Start of the Event by Email or U.S. Mail

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Issue Payment Five (5) Days Prior to Event, Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter via U.S. Mail

• Will Not Hold the Firm Liable for Incomplete, Inaccurate, or Missing Forms, Information, and/or Company Gifts

• Will Not Hold the Firm Liable of Potential Learners' or Learners' Lawsuits Against the Contractee's Institution

Both parties have agreed upon Two Thousand Five Hundred U.S. Dollars ($2,500.00) as payment per day to Contractor to attend the specified event for day(s) for a maximum of five (5) hours per day and for a maximum of three (3) consecutive days per any quarter. Both parties have also agreed that the Contractee will pay the cost of all travel, hotel, and lunch expenses and make all travel and hotel arrangements for out-of-state visits.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract.
