Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (hereinafter referred to as the "Firm" or "Contractor"), owned and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Professional Association Consultation Service to (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractee").

Contractor agrees to perform the the following services:

• Virtually Coach Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and Executive Directors on the Following:

           Promoting the Association's Cause
           Increasing Membership and Productivity
           Recruiting Volunteers
           Working with Communities and a Broad Range of Constituencies
           Developing Executive Leadership Skills
           Organizing Work Shops, and Conferences, Trade Shows, and Expos
           Establishing a Mentoring Program

• Critique Correspondences (Press Release and Newsletter)

• Critique Website and/or Intranet

• Develop One (1) Questionnaire to Survey Membership

• Assist with Finding Grants and/or Corporate Sponsors

• Solicit Speakers for Seminars or Classes Using the Contractor's Email Distribution Listing (One Time Submission)

• Maintain Confidentiality

• e-Advertise the Association's Program Using the Contractor's Email Distribution List (One Time Submission)

Contractee agrees to the following terms and to perform the following services:

• Indicate Nature of Business and Issues that Need Attention

  
   

• Grant Contractor Access to Information that is Pertinent to Contractee's Performance or Operation

• Provide Contractor Free Membership

• Grant Members and Staff Permission to Voluntarily Answer Online Research Questionnaires, Which Can Be Assessed From the Contractor's Website Home Page: www.brigettes.com

• Refrain From Sharing Information Provided by the Contractor with External Parties who are not Stakeholders

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Pay Contractor in Full As Agreed on the 1st of Each Month Payable by U.S. Mail to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

• Will Not Hold the Contractor Liable of Any Liabilities of the Association

Both parties have agreed upon Three Thousand U.S. Dollars ($3,000.00) as payment for e-Services per month--for a minimum of 3 consecutive months (totaling Nine Thousand U.S. Dollars $9,000.00).

The Contractee understands that there are no guarantees that consulting services will result in profits, potential clients, or clients for the Contractee's organization. Once service begin, no refunds will be permitted or issued.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract.
