Brigette’s Technology Consulting and Research Firm (known as the "Firm": Contractor), own and operated by Dr. Brenda L. Nelson-Porter, agrees to contract the Firm's Entrepreneurial Consulting Services to (Organization: Conractee).

Contractor agrees to perform the the following services:

• Virtually and/or Telephonically Coach Senior Executive or Officer or Appointed Staff Member on Structuring the Organization

• Solicit Potential Contacts and Business Leads for Contractee's Organization through e-Notification using an Approved Email by the Contractee

• Critique Website (if available/active on line during contracting hours)

• Provide Recommendations by Correspondence to a Senior Executive or Officer on Element that May Increase Productivity, Clients, and so forth

• Maintain Confidentiality

Contractee agrees to the following terms and to perform the following services:

• Indicate Nature of Business and Issues that Need Attention

• Provide Information Upon Request From the Contractor by Email and/or Telephone

• Grant Staff and Clients Permission to Voluntarily Answer Online Research Questionnaires Assessed from the Contractor's Web Home Page: www.brigettes.com

• Pay Contractor in Full on Acceptance of Contract

• Make All Remittance (No Personal Checks) by U.S. Mail Payable to Dr. Brenda Nelson-Porter

• For Future Services within the Contract Period and at the Same Cost, Submit Supplemental Form with Payment

• Will Not Hold the Contractor of any Liabilities, which include Misconducts of Staff or Clients, False Information, and so forth

Both parties have agreed upon Three Hundred U.S. Dollars ($300.00) as payment for service per hour and a minimum of five (5) hours virtually and telephone totaling: for hours.

The Contractee understands that there are no guarantees that consulting services will result in profits, potential clients, or clients for the Contractee's organization. The Contractee further understands, once service begin, no refunds will be permitted or issued.

Signatures indicate that is a legal document and service contract. This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the signature date and when both parties sign. Only changes by an agreed Amendment will be accepted to alter this contract.
